The staff are welcoming and polite, managed the parking outside. The breakfast is very very good with hot cappuccino, fresh juice, Pavilion coffee house, had everything you could imagine.

The hotel is centrally located and next to the Hazratganj northern shopping district, coffee shop and the restaurant. There are well-appointed and top-notch rooms with clean bathrooms. All in all they offer good service.

The room I booked was well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was good. The hotel had an awesome location, easy to reach from the railway station via the Metro. The availability of breakfast was a nice bonus.

The breakfast here includes hot cappuccino and traditional Indian meals, which is wonderful - the location is fantastic, close to all the historical monuments and just a 15-minute walk from the zoo.

Truly exceptional and functional hotel
Really helpful team who are very passionate about service. Perfect, exceptionally nice location in Lucknow. Next to restaurants, shops, and the main shopping area. Very close to Hazratganj market

The hotel offers reasonable prices. It's a decent place for exploring Lucknow. The staff is pleasant and exceptional, very passionate about service. The location is marvelous with multiple outlets.

I had an excellent experience at La Place Sarovar Portico in Lucknow. the location near the hotel was magnificent. 3. the room was modern and beautifully maintained. 4. It had all required amenities plus extra space. 5. I enjoyed the amazing breakfast served at Pavilion coffee house.
